I build communities that help people build things.

The obsession began at sixteen, when I started asking why some groups endure for generations while others disappear in a season. In my twenties I turned the question into action, launching meet-ups in Iași and then carrying that momentum to Santiago, San Francisco, London, Berlin, and Amsterdam. Along the way I worked as a consultant, created Romania’s first pre-accelerator, founded the global Creative Coffee network, and raised capital for Worksurfers, my remote-talent startup.

Since returning to Europe in 2014, I’ve designed and led entrepreneur programs for Rockstart in Amsterdam, Startup Institute in London and Berlin, Philips’ global innovation team (currently under Philips Ventures) and Unilever’s Datalab Ecosystem.

I also mentor NGOs and accelerators that give new founders their first lift.
